Server Rules


1.- Basic understanding of this server:

1.1.- By using our services you acknoledge the following rules.
1.2.- The server(s) is made by a team of experienced software engineers(from now on "Administrators") with more than 20 years of experience in Lineage 2 Server and client mods.
1.3.- The server(s) is totally free and everyone will be able to connect and play without any fee.
1.4.- No member of the administration is allowed to play in any of L2LOW Servers, not even using other name or nickname.
1.5.- Keeping the server as fair play and free to play is top priority for the administration.
1.6.- Based on the above, the administration will simply apply BAN(temporary or permanent) when rules are broken.
1.7.- Server administration will take full care of server maintenance, this doesn't mean the administration team will be available 24/7 with eyes on the server.
1.8.- The administration will not interfere under any circumstance in gameplay(unless it is a bug or exploit that breaks the game, the fairness of it or disables the character/account).
1.9.- Regarding to point 1.8, if the administration have to take any action it should be documented and posted in our Discord server describing the issue and the action taken.

2.- Administration policy:

2.1.- Ignorance or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt from responsibility for their violation.
2.2.- All changes to the rules have retroactive effect unless otherwise stated.
2.3.- The server’s legal system is not precedent-based, that is, the existence of a precedent does not guarantee its repetition.
2.4.- The server administration does not guarantee reliable operation in the provision of servers and services, and is also not responsible for damage that may be caused to users due to failures in communication lines, erroneous use of the services provided, software defects or other actions that may lead to unwanted situations.
2.5.- The server administration does not deal with issues related to the purchase or sale of characters and game equipment items.
2.6.- The administration reserves the right to dispose of all game objects on all accounts at its own discretion.
2.7.- It is prohibited to purchase/sell in-game assets for real money or other out-of-game assets or services.
2.8.- It is prohibited to buy/sell/exchange characters, even for in-game money.
2.9.- The exchange of game values between servers is prohibited.
2.10.- All accounts belonging to the same player may be subject to sanctions for violating the rules on one of them(Sanctions issued by HWID and/or IP address).
2.11.- An attempt to violate the rules may be considered a complete violation.

3.- The server administration reserves the right:

3.1.- Refuse to provide services without explanation.
3.2.- Evaluate the actions of users and impose any sanctions on them in cases not provided for by these rules, if deemed necessary.
3.3.- Consider and make decisions on collective applications from users.
3.4.- Make changes to these rules without the consent of users.
3.5.- Make changes to the operation of the server, servers and services at our own discretion.

4.- Characters and accounts:

4.1.- When registering, you must use a valid e-mail. Accounts with a non-existent address may be deleted without warning.
4.2.- Character names must be meaningful, readable and pronounceable.
4.3.- The use of pseudo-Cyrillic and other distortions is not recommended.
4.4.- Write names according to English grammar. The first letter of the name is capitalized, the rest are lowercase.
4.5.- Names or titles that are obscene, provocative, offensive, or interfere with gameplay are prohibited.
4.6.- It is prohibited to use in names and titles, the names of NPCs, administration characters (or similar to them), as well as names that are on the list of prohibited use.
4.7.- The account owner is fully responsible for everything that was done under his account.
4.8.- Sharing the account is prohibited, as is transferring the account to another person.
4.9.- Accounts or characters inactive for more than a year may be permanently deleted. Characters who received prefixes during the server merger and were not renamed within three months may be deleted before this period.

5.- Gameplay:

5.1.- It is prohibited to perform any actions that could disrupt the gameplay or lead to unstable operation of the server. It is also prohibited to withhold information about such actions.
5.2.- Swearing, obscene language, insults, threats, extortion, blackmail, sexual harassment, inciting ethnic, inter-class or inter-racial hatred, etc. are prohibited.
5.3.- It is prohibited to impersonate the server administration.
5.4.- It is prohibited to demand or distribute information that other players consider private.
5.5.- Disrespectful contact with the server administration is prohibited. Challenging the actions of the administration is permitted only through Discord.
5.6.- It is prohibited to spread rumors or disinformation about the server administration, as well as about other players.
5.7.- It is prohibited to block passages.
5.8.- It is prohibited to beg or pester other players or the server administration with requests.
5.9.- Flooding and spam, writing one word per line, writing all words in uppercase, repeating one line, advertising and anti-advertising are prohibited.
5.10.- Communication in clan/group chat is regulated by the clan/group leader. Compliance with clause 5.2 of the rules in these channels is not controlled by the administration.
5.11.- Any type of fraud is prohibited.
5.12.- It is prohibited to use programs or hardware that emulate and automate the presence of a player in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software(aka: Bots).
5.13.- It is prohibited to write about leaving the server, or encourage other players to stop playing.
5.14.- You are allowed to write about game flaws only on Discord, in the technical section or support, in compliance with the rules of the section.

6.- Ddiscord:

6.1.- In communication sections, you can only use English; for conversations in other languajes sub-channels have been created for your use.
6.2.- Swearing, obscene language, insults, threats, extortion, blackmail, sexual harassment, inciting ethnic, inter-class or inter-racial hatred, etc. are prohibited.
6.3.- Flooding and spam, writing one word per line, writing all words in uppercase, repeating one line, advertising and anti-advertising are prohibited.
6.4.- It is prohibited to spread rumors, disinformation about the server administration, about other players.
6.5.- It is prohibited to post content that violates these rules.
6.6.- Discussion about Discord moderation is allowed only through the support system or feedback.
6.7.- It is prohibited to write messages or create topics during a posting ban or ban.
6.8.- Discussion of game chat moderation is permissible only in topics specially created for this purpose, located in the communication subsections of game servers.
6.9.- It is prohibited to publish data about game accounts (login, email, password) in open sections.
6.10.- The total weight of pictures in the signature should be no more than 1MB.

7.- Communication with the server administration:

7.1.- It is recommended to ask questions on Discord. Private questions should be addressed to the support system in Control Panel using your master account.
7.2.- When communicating with representatives of the server administration, the player must briefly, clearly and without using slang tell about his problem or answer the questions asked.
7.3.- Disrespectful contact with the server administration is prohibited. Challenging the actions of the administration is permitted only through Discord.
7.4.- It is prohibited to ask a representative of the administration to do anything that is not part of his duties.
7.5.- When answering questions from the administration, concealment of information, lies, and misrepresentation are prohibited.
7.6.- It is prohibited to call the administration without reason, create obstacles and distract from the performance of duties.
7.7.- The administration does not answer questions about the gameplay.
7.8.- Spelling, grammatical and stylistic errors in addressing administration representatives are considered a particularly serious insult.

8.- In case of loss of game valuables:

8.1.- If this happened due to a security breach or an internal server error, then the administration, if possible, returns the lost property to the victims.
8.2.- In case of violation of clause 4.8 (account sharing), the administration is not responsible.
8.3.- The administration is not responsible for anything voluntarily transferred.
8.4.- The administration is not responsible for items lost during transfer by being thrown onto the ground.
8.5.- The administration does not return game values that were mistakenly transferred to the wrong player by mail.
8.6.- The administration does not return purchased L2LOW Credits if an error was made when entering a character name or account.

9.- If server rules are violated, the server Administration may apply the following sanctions to the game accounts of violators:

9.1.- Deleting an account - Deleting an account from the server with all the characters on it. Can be applied to all player accounts.
9.2.- Deleting a character - Deleting a specific character in an account from the server.
9.3.- Account ban - temporary or permanent blocking of account use. Can be applied to all player accounts.
9.4.- Confiscation of property - Full or partial confiscation of property from a character or from all characters belonging to the player.
9.5.- Blocking access from a specific computer(HWID). Can be applied to all player computers.
9.6.- Other actions.

10.- If the server and/or Discord rules are violated, the server administration may apply the following sanctions to the Discord accounts of the violators:

10.1.- Account deletion.
10.2.- Deleting account publications.
10.3.- Issuing a temporary or permanent ban on posting (aka: ReadOnly).
10.4.- Temporary or permanent ban on entering our Discord Server from an account or IP address (ban).
10.5.- Sanctions listed in paragraphs 9.1-9.6
10.6.- Other actions.
